Let's Talk
The Process starts with a phone call to discuss what you are envisioning for the space such as colors, style, privacy or light control, decorative or functioning, and budget. The information gathered during this call helps us to curate fabrics, trims, hardware, and so forth to bring with us to our consultation
The consultation is held in your home or office where we'll review treatment options, styles, fabrics, hardware, and other components needed for your project. Next, rough measurements will be taken to aid in preparing a proposal of your selections. The consultation takes anywhere from 30 min - 2 hours depending on how many windows you would like treated.
Proposal
Using the rough measurements and selections from your consultation we will prepare a proposal with project descriptions and pricing. Once you approve the proposal a professional measure appointment will be scheduled with our certified installer, this allows us to ensure an accurate fit of all treatments.
After the professional measure appointment all fabric, hardware, and other items needed will be ordered. At this point, we will keep in touch with you along the way regarding progress, estimated completion, shipping, and tenative installation date.
Installation
Once all your window treatments and hardware have been received, we'll schedule an installation appointment. To ensure everything is as you envisioned, we will be on site during the installation to assist the installers with dressing the treatments, organizing the items room by room, and making sure every item is as you ordered. We will remove all packaging and debris leaving your home clean and beautiful.
